About Us
Gillmor’s Restaurant is a family owned and operated restaurant in the northern Maine town of Lincoln. Owners Charles and Cathy Gillmor started as a roadside ice cream and take out stand in the summer of 2001. Soon, Gillmor’s decided to upgrade, and built a new building in town, so everyone coming to Lincoln could stop in and enjoy the wonderful food, service and atmosphere.
Gillmor’s prides itself in offering great food, in a great atmosphere, at a great price. Our kitchen staff is constantly coming up with new specials, and new menu items, to keep our customers happy and coming back for more. We advertise from Pizza to Prime Rib, but we do so much more. We smoke our own ribs and pulled pork, and our homemade BBQ sauce is a real customer favorite. We hand toss pizzas to order, and have a dizzying array of toppings. We have fried seafood from right here, the State of Maine, and only the best steaks we can get; often cutting them by hand to make sure we get them just right for our customers. We like to take that little extra step to make each and every meal very special.
